Production time

As every piece is handmade to order, production times vary depending on the complexity of the order. Estimated production time will be communicated at the time of ordering. Please feel free to contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Shipping

Shipping is arranged on a per-order basis and will be included in your quote. The carrier and method will be selected based on your location and order requirements.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation.

Import duties & taxes

For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.
