Refund Policy

At Mai Studios, every piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

Deposits

Orders over €50 require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Orders under €50 are charged in full at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.

Order cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and the deposit is non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a remake or store credit at our discretion.
